I sent in my paperwork and proof of purchase last month. I think it took about 3 weeks total. It was the first offer that required me to cut up the box to get proof of purchase. I would rather not cut up the boxes. But I did want to get a freebie, minus postage and handling fees. They sent me my first choice too, the Ornamental Iron cartridge. Lots of lovely scroll work on it. Yeah!
